Prepositions
This set features 32 multiple-choice Prepositions quiz cards that are perfect for teaching the concept of prepositions. To play, every student receives a Prepositions quiz card. Students then pair up with a classmate to quiz each other. For example, one student has a quiz card with the sentence “Meet me by the big oak tree after school.” The student being quizzed must determine whether “by,” “big,” “tree,” or “school” is the preposition. After quizzing both ways, coaching or praising, they trade cards and set off to quiz a new classmate with their new card. The repeated practice boosts retention of the content.
