- Economy: Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
- 2nd Day & Next Day Rush: Please phone in RUSH ORDERS to ensure timely delivery. Call before noon PST (by 9am on Fridays). Rush orders are delivered on business days only (not weekends or holidays).
- Hawaii & Alaska: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
- Canada & International: Orders $100 & over are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 5–7 business days. Orders under $100 are shipped Priority Mail International (PMI). Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
- Domestic orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
- International Taxes/Duties: For orders shipped via FedEx, FedEx will contact you prior to delivery to collect any applicable duties and taxes. For all other orders, Kagan will collect any applicable duties and taxes as part of your order. Canada GST is 5%, plus PST (if applicable). PST is charged ONLY on shipments to individual customers in selected provinces.
- International Quote: You may place your order online and a quote will be emailed to you.

To Return an Item

- Shipping discrepancies and damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- No returns on digital downloads or eBooks.

Digital Products (ebooks, Software, & Download Express)
- Download instructions will be emailed to you within 1 business day.
- No shipping fees apply to digital products.
- Sharing or distributing digital content is a copyright violation and is strictly prohibited.
- ebooks and Download Express activities are watermarked with the purchaser's name.
- Purchase of 1 copy of a Kagan PDF eBook or entitles the original purchaser rights to place the PDF eBook on a personal computer and up to two personal devices.
- Original purchaser has the right to print 1 copy of the PDF eBook in its entirety for personal use and to make copies of the blacklines for use within her/her own classroom only.
- Digital products are not available in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
- Digital products may not be returned.

Using a Purchase Order (PO)
You may not order online with a PO. You must fax, mail, or email your signed, approved Purchase Order to Kagan. You may use the online shopping cart to prepare your order. When complete, print it and send it to Kagan with your PO. Or you may print out a Kagan Order Form to fill out and fax, mail, or email with your PO.
