Quiz-Quiz-Trade: Grammar
Subject and Predicate (Level 2)
This set features 32 Subject and Predicate quiz cards to help your students gain fluency identifying both the simple and complete subject and predicate. To play, every student receives a Subject and Predicate quiz card. Students then pair up with a classmate to quiz each other. For example, one student has a quiz card with a sentence with three different segments underlined. The student being quizzed must identify which underlined segment is the complete subject of the sentence. After quizzing both ways, coaching or praising, they trade cards and set off to quiz a new classmate with their new card. The repeated practice boosts retention of the content. Memorizing important information and concepts has never been so fun! Cards can also be used for other Kagan Structures including Fan-N-Pick, RallyQuiz, and Showdown. Instructions provided.
