This set features 32 multiple-choice Equivalent Fractions quiz cards to help your students understand fraction equivalents (two fractions that refer to the same simplified fraction or number). To play, every student receives an Equivalent Fractions quiz card. Students then pair up with a classmate to quiz each other. For example, one student has a quiz card with the fraction 9/36. The student being quizzed must select 8/32 as the equivalent fraction. After quizzing both ways, coaching or praising, they trade cards and set off to quiz a new classmate with their new card. The repeated practice boosts retention of the content. Memorizing important information and concepts has never been so fun! Cards can also be used for other Kagan Structures including Fan-N-Pick, RallyQuiz, and Showdown. Instructions provided.
