Antonyms
This set features 32 multiple-choice Antonym quiz cards to reinforce antonym vocabulary. To play, every student receives an Antonym quiz card. Students then pair up with a classmate to quiz each other. For example, one student has a quiz card with a sentence that has the word “feeble” underlined. The student being quizzed must select the antonym “powerful.” After quizzing both ways, coaching or praising, they trade cards and set off to quiz a new classmate with their new card. The repeated practice boosts retention of the content. Memorizing important information and concepts has never been so fun! Cards can also be used for other Kagan Structures including Fan-N-Pick, RallyQuiz, and Showdown. Instructions provided.
