We are all familiar with and most of us use the structure, Call On One. (See box).

The biggest advantage of replacing Call On One with Kagan Structures is that in the same amount of time we use Call On One, having only two or three students giving one answer each, we can instead have every student in the class give several answers.

Why call on one when in the same amount of time we can call on everyone?
