Confirmation & Cancellation
Kagan reserves the right to change the presenter. If you have not received an event confirmation at least two weeks prior to the event start date, please call Kagan to confirm your registration. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. In addition, if you need to make a change in registration, there will be a $25 replacement fee. If an event is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed for registration fees only. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your confirmation.

Bonus Materials offer terrific savings on products relating to each course. Save big with these optional packages! Bonus Materials will be shipped to your school. Limit: One Bonus Materials per participant for each course. No returns or substitutions. Please note: No exchanges on course materials or bonus materials permitted.

By registering for a Kagan event, you have acknowledged and agreed that you may be photographed for Kagan's publicity purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used, please contact Kagan at 800.266.7576.
