To Qualify

Download and print a Dealer Application. Fill it out and fax it to Kagan at 949.545.6301. Kagan will contact you shortly after receipt to discuss becoming a Kagan Authorized Dealer.

Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, or Purchase Orders payable 30 day net.

Discounts

We offer a sliding scale of discounts. The bigger the order, the bigger the discount.

• Discounts are figured on the retail price.
• Discounts apply to mixed items in one order.
• Discounts are figured separately on each order, regardless of purchase history.
• Discounts do not apply to items that have a code beginning with D.
• Items that have a code beginning with C are Combos, discounted in the Kagan catalog. Dealer discounts on combos are based on the total retail price of items in the combo, not to the already discounted combo price.

Return Policy

• Shipping discrepancies and damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• All books and learning materials may be returned at any time within one (1) year of purchase. All items must be in their new, unmarked, and/or unopened sealed condition.
     • Return shipments must be prepaid. Kagan cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
• Please contact Francisco Villalobos, Account Specialist, to request a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping a return. Francisco may be reached at 1.800.933.2667, ext. 311, or Francisco@kaganonline.com.

Shipping

We ship all items via FedEx. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping plus a minimal handling fee. Please indicate on your purchase order if your order is needed on a rush basis.

Catalogs & Flyers

We are happy to provide you with product samples, digital images, or customized copy. Just give us a call and we'll make arrangements. Also, please notify us of the Kagan products you will carry before each printing of your catalog. We want to be sure that you have the latest information (descriptions, prices, codes, page counts).
